Making a Difference – Palm Beach Gardens High School

Palm Beach Gardens High School MAD Top Image

Right outside our Military Trail gate, Palm Beach Gardens High School, serves approximately 2,500 students in grades 9-12. Almost one third of the students are enrolled in various magnet programs such as Global Business & Entrepreneurship and Pre-Med. The student population is very diverse: 48% Black, 32% White, and 12% Hispanic. It is a Title 1 school where allocated federal and state funding provides free or reduced-cost lunches for 65% of our high school students. For many of those students’ families, discretionary spending for school related activities is not always an option. Our BallenIsles Charities Foundation Grant helped support the school’s 2013 College Tour Program on February 4th and 5th.
